Executive Pastry Chef
Full Time – Permanent
Pastry Chef responsibilities:
Direct all dessert and pastry preparation while collaborating with the Executive Chef .
Manage their own team of pastry chefs.
Creates a diverse variety of dessert menus for all Jegantic venues .
Creates recipes specific to each venue.
Ensures ingredients and food quality stay consistent.
Able to produce a minimum of 500 desserts weekly.
Minimum 4 years experience as Pastry chef
Prior experience in a high volume restaurant.
Comfortable with working early mornings and weekends.
Must have prior experience managing their own team.
Must be MAPAQ certified
Must be dynamic and outgoing and work well with others.
